- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I joined Medibank on 12/9/16 and so far my experience with them has been unsatisfactory at best. I was guaranteed that my waiting periods for optical and dental extras would be waived when I joined and that I would be able to claim as soon as I got my card. It took 2 weeks for them to send the card and they had not waived the waiting periods. I spoke to Diana (or Diane) at Medibank Doncaster, who refused to fix the problem while I was there (at 10am) and said she would call me back in a couple of hours with more info. She has not called me back and they have now closed. I would suggest avoiding Diana (older Asian lady) if you ever visit Medibank at Doncaster westfield. Also tried to call Medibank and I've been put on hold for 45mins with no indication of how long I'll have to wait before someone answers.Worst customer service ever!Soumya ShahJuly 21, 2017
